The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, both bathrooms with separate sink area, so multiple people can get ready at the same time. There are 2 full beds in the bedroom and a king bed and pull out sofa in the master. The master has a large desk and wall mounted roku tv. Both bedrooms have a dresser to unpack, or plenty of luggage stands to live out of your suitcase, along with wooden hangers and side tables. The hallway is one of the reasons we were drawn to the condo, it is expansive with a wall of hooks, so everyone can hang towels and a chalkboard wall for kids (or adults) to scribble. The big curved sofa in the living can seat a crowd and there are 6 dining chairs and 5 bar stools. We widened the kitchen counter by one foot, almost 9 1/2″ long by 3 feet wide, a gathering spot for the entire family. The kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans, even a large Brita filter water container in the fridge. The dining room boasts an ocean view, so you can stare at the ocean, even if you are on KP duty. A spacious balcony with 2 hammock chairs and a bar height bamboo table with director chairs to enjoy the sunrise.

The building is equipped with an elevator, so you don’t have to lug your suitcases, a large swimming pool with deep and shallow ends, and barbecue grills (the old fashioned charcoal kind). There are 2 beach access points on either end of the building, and a hose and shower by the pool to rinse off the sand. A short 2 block stroll lands you at a playground by a lake or the ball fields. Only difficulty is deciding what to do first!
